Baby Update
We had another doctor visit this week. Everything looks good. They measured my belly and we got to listen to the heartbeat again (155). We will have our ultra sound in April and that is also when we will get to know if we are having a boy or girl. I have gain about 6lbs. total over the 14 weeks. Keep us in your prayers!

Surprise...
I was very surprised this morning when I opened the front door to take the dogs for their walk and found a raccoon ten feet from the door. Thankfully, two of the dogs were excited about the walk and ran out the door without seeing the critter. Reese stood frozen wondering what in the world the thing was. Then there is Seida (on leash thankfully) wanted to rip him apart. After the dogs were safely away (in my parents yard next door) I tried to scare the raccoon off. Air soft gun and sticks did not work. Finally, I told him "you can't stay here" and he wandered off to the back side of the house. At least he is not outside the door anymore. I have been watching the raccoon outside my window and the poor thing seems to be sick, old, or hurt. He decided to spend his last few hours outside my house (lucky me). I think I will take the dogs through the yard for walks in case there is any unexpected critters outside the front door again.

the boys...
What my dogs taught me today. My to boys Reese and Wicket thought that I needed some practice for when the baby comes. Lucky me! First, Reese didn't let me sleep last night because he needed to go outside multiple times. When I didn't get up quick enough he ran around scratching at doors and pulling things around the house (making lots of noise). Next, I got to wake up to the lovely smell of poo. Wicket had some how sprayed poop all around and inside his crate that morning. Poor guy was having some bad tummy trouble. So Todd and I spent a good part of the morning cleaning up after Mr. Wicket. At this rate nothing our kid does will phase us!

Trip to Houston
I spent a few days in Houston for an agility seminar. Greg and Laura Derret came in from England to do these leasons. The Derret's are two of the greatest handlers around the world and it was exciting to meet and learn from them. They do a seminar every year in California so it was nice to have them come to the midwest. The dogs and I have a lot of work cut out for us!
