Queen of the Couch

Todd and I have become big fans of the TV show Bones. If you watch the show you know that two of the characters say "king of the lab" when they find some really good info to help solve the crime. A few nights ago when we were watching the show I guessed the killer right and yelled "queen of the couch". Todd laughed hysterically. Now every time we watch the show we shout king or queen of the couch if we win. I have won the last few episodes!

Snake!!!

I have lived in the country for 2 ½ years now. I have run into taranchulas, possums, giant snapping turtles, mice, and rabbits, but never snakes. In the last week I have seen a bull snake and a rat snake. The bull snake I ran across while walking the dogs. Scared me half to death when my dog decided to put her nose on the snake. I'm thankful these snakes are more interested in getting away from us then fighting. The rat snake was climbing our carport to get to a bird nest. Can't say this is one of my favorite critters out here.

NADAC in Derby, KS

I went to Derby, KS Saturday for a NADAC trail with Miss Chloe. Chloe ended the day with three Q's, two 1st, one third, and two fourth places. All her runs were beautiful, even the ones we did not qualify in.

I forgot to take the camera with me so no photos this time.

USDAA trial in Texas

Over Easter weekend Miss Chloe did her second USDAA agility trial. We learned a lot and have lots of training to do. Miss Chloe ended the weekend with three Q's, three 1st places, one 2nd, and one 4th. Her snooker run on Saturday was AWESOME!!!

Here is Nancy & Bella (dog). Little Bella is growing up. She did a great job at the trial. What an awesome agility dog.

Weave pole training

I tried to get some pictures of Chloe training her weaves with lots of toys on the ground. Chloe was going so fast that she finished the weaves before the timer on the camera took the picture. I went with this picture becasue while Chloe was weaving Seida ran up and took one of the toys. Chloe finished and got to go pick a toy to play with (Good job Chloe). See the next picture to find out which toy she picked.

As you can see Chloe decide to go with the frisbee this time. Seida just wanted to be in the picture.

Stick anybody?

Out in the country we like to keep lots of sticks on hand for the dogs. As you can see Seida is having lots of fun with her stick.

Reese's Pieces dog bed

How many dogs get a bed with their name on it? We found candy special dog beds at the dollar store. Reese just couldn't live with out it!

It was so windy yesterday. Reese was having a wild hair day.

Here is a picture of Seida. Seida is the oldest of my dogs (6 years) and loves to run and hunt critters in the woods.
